1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of www.printora.ae and purchases made through PRINTORA. The website is operated by PRINTORA CREATIONS FOR 3D PRINTING PRODUCTS PRODUCTION. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display products, images, colors, dimensions and descriptions accurately. Because 3D-printed products may be produced in different batches and materials, minor variations in color, surface finish, layer lines or dimensions may occur.

3. Prices & Availability

Prices, promotions, product availability and specifications may change without notice. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an order is affected by a material error, we may contact the customer before fulfilment or cancel the affected order and provide any refund due.

4. Orders

An order submitted through the website is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when PRINTORA confirms it for fulfilment or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, including stock or production limitations, suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, prohibited destination or other operational or legal constraints.

5. Payments

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that files, dimensions, text, logos, artwork and other content supplied for custom printing are accurate and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content. PRINTORA may refuse files or requests that appear unlawful, infringe third-party rights, contain prohibited content or cannot reasonably be produced.

7. Intellectual Property

The PRINTORA name, logo, website content, product photography, original designs, text and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to PRINTORA unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission. Customers retain ownership of content they lawfully provide, subject to the rights necessary for PRINTORA to fulfil the requested service.

8. User Accounts

Where account registration is available, customers are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for information provided through their account. Notify PRINTORA promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

9. Website Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service for unlawful purposes or infringe the rights of others.

10. Shipping & Returns
