1. Choose a Product
Browse the PRINTORA collection and select the product you would like to purchase. Review the product description, images, dimensions, color options and other available specifications.
2. Add to Cart
Select the required quantity and available options, then add the item to your shopping cart.
3. Checkout
Enter your contact and delivery information and complete the available payment process. Shipping charges, delivery options and applicable charges are shown where applicable.
4. Order Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
5. Production & Preparation
Depending on the item, your order may be prepared from existing stock or produced through 3D printing before dispatch. Custom and personalized orders may require additional preparation time.
6. Shipping & Tracking
Your order is dispatched using the available delivery method for the destination. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided.
7. Custom 3D Printing
For custom printing, submit the required digital file or project information through the custom printing process, together with a description of what you need. PRINTORA may review the file and requirements before confirming feasibility, pricing, material, quantity and production details.
